Around Cancun
Cancun Club Med. The front of the hotel faced the ocean. The back a lagoon.
The surrounding lagoon was well populated with alligators, well fed by late night drunken partiers :-)

View from the beach cafe. The other hotels only had small beach frontages.
The skin diving hut. The hotel was on a peninsula. One side was the busy beach, the other was private area that was great for snorkelling.
A day trip to Isla Mujeres.

A buffet lunch was served on the beach.
