Kalaw is a popular destination for cyclists and trekkers. There are may hills and trekking trails. Many of the trails are used hill tribes people living in the many villages in the hills. Kalaw's elevation is 1300 Metres making it much cooler than other parts of Burma and favourable for trekking and cycling.
